आवेदन कैसे करें
  • संस्तुत ब्राउज़र (मोज़िला फ़ायरफ़ॉक्स, गूगल क्रोम) नवीनतम संस्करण के साथ ।
  • इंटरनेट एक्सप्लोरर समर्थित नहीं है ।
  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले विज्ञापन देखें।
  • उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में बहुत सावधानीपूर्वक सही जानकारी भरें। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले कृपया निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की स्कैन कॉपी तैयार रखें:
    • पासपोर्ट फोटो जे.पी.जी प्रारूप में 1 एमबी से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
    • जे.पी.जी प्रारूप में उम्मीदवार के हस्ताक्षर 1 एमबी से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
    • वर्तमान में किसी भी शैक्षणिक योग्यता के दस्तावेजी प्रमाण की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र खोलने के लिए 'ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें' पर क्लिक करें।
  • अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड लाल रंग के साथ '*' (तारांकन) के रूप में चिह्नित हैं। कृपया अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी भरें ।
  • पंजीकरण के लिए वैध ई-मेल आईडी अनिवार्य है।
  • उम्मीदवार 'सबमिट फ़ॉर्म' बटन दबा सकते हैं, यदि उसके द्वारा दी गयी जानकारी क्रम में हो और कोई सुधार की आवश्यकता न हो। इसके बाद कोई सुधार / संशोधन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
  • ‘सबमिट फॉर्म’ बटन दबाने के बाद, पंजीकरण संख्या वाला पृष्ठ उत्पन्न होगा और उम्मीदवार को पंजीकरण विवरण के साथ एक ईमेल भी प्राप्त होगा। कृपया पंजीकरण संख्या को नोट करें या अपने रिकॉर्ड के लिए पृष्ठ का प्रिंट आउट लें।
  • 'रिप्रिंट' विकल्प का उपयोग करके और पंजीकरण संख्या और डीओबी दर्ज करने पर, उम्मीदवार अपने आवेदन को फिर से प्रिंट कर सकते हैं।
  • कोई अंतरिम पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। किसी भी स्पष्टीकरण के मामले में उम्मीदवार apprentice@iirs.gov.in पर मेल भेज सकते हैं ।
HOW TO APPLY
  • Recommended Browser(Mozilla firefox, Google chrome) with the latest version.
  • Internet Explorer not supported.
  • Please refer to the advertisement before filling up the online application form.
  • Candidates are strictly advised to fill correct information very carefully in online application form. Please keep ready the scan copy of following documents before filling the online application form:
    • Passport size photo in jpg format. The file size should not exceed 1MB.
    • Candidate signature in jpg format. The file size should not exceed 1MB.
    • Documentary proof of any educational qualifications is not required at present.
  • Click 'Apply Online' to open up the Online Application Form.
  • The mandatory fields are mark as '*' (asterisk) with red color. Please provide the necessary information for mandatory fields.
  • A valid e-mail ID is mandatory for registration.
  • Candidate may press 'Submit Form' button once he/she finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification shall be allowed.
  • When 'Submit Form' button is pressed, a page with Registration No. will be generated and candidate will also be receiving an email with registration details. Please note down registration number or take a print out of the page for your records.
  • Using the 'Reprint' option and on entering registration number and DOB, candidates can print their application again, if required.
  • No interim correspondence will be entertained. In case of any clarification candidates may send their mail to apprentice[At]iirs[dot]gov[dot]in
